GP Hub Brondesbury

GP Hub Brondesbury operates from a (separately-run) GP practice on Kilburn High Road, London. It provides GP appointments for people who live in Camden or who are registered with a Camden GP. The service is rated as good for all key questions. We carried out an announced assessment of one quality statement, Equity of Access, under the key question Responsive on 21 March 2024. We found that the practice had organised services to meet patients’ needs, particularly those who were most likely to have difficulty accessing care. The practice used feedback and other information to monitor access.

There is no national patient survey data as this service does not have a fixed patient list – it is available to anyone who lives in Camden or who are registered with a Camden GP. We carried out an announced assessment of one quality statement, Equity of Access, under the key question Responsive on 21 March 2024. We talked to the provider about the patient feedback they use, including reviewing NHS Choices comments and a service-based survey. There were no NHS Choices comments for this service. The last survey was carried out in March 2024, and received 6 wholly positive responses.
