During a routine inspection
We saw that the reception area was clean, tidy and the reception area was welcoming. There was information on the services and activities available and the comments made through the suggestion box were displayed.
A person using the service we spoke with said "For me personally I think the support is spot on".
The members of staff we spoke with said that they felt supported by their managers and they felt the training they had received was very helpful.
A person who uses the service said "Its good to have a place like this that you can go to".
