During a routine inspection
We looked at care records and saw that people had their needs assessed. Care plans were person focused. This meant they were developed with the person who used the service and were based around their individual needs and preferences.
The provider worked effectively with other health care professionals such as community nursing teams. They supported people who used the service to access other health and social care services.
Recruitment procedures were robust. Staff had their competency assessed on an ongoing basis.
The quality of service provision was continuously and effectively monitored. People who used the service felt confident they could contact the provider at any time. They felt they were listened to and respected.
