During a routine inspection

We spoke with four relatives who spoke on behalf of people who used the service. They were all positive about their experience and the documented evidence reflected this. We also spoke with four members of staff and a visiting health trainer who told us of the providers and the staffs commitment to training and development.

A compliment letter that had been sent to the provider recorded that '' I have only praise for Bespoke in all aspects of care provision. Compassion is natural and paramount with your staff''.

One person that we spoke with said that their relative was very happy with the carers who supported them in the local community and another told us '' I am absolutely and thoroughly impressed with the continuity of care and the in depth knowledge of the staff''.

All of the people that we spoke with told us that staff were always on time. They were asked regularly for feedback and had information packs that included care plans, how to make a complaint and lots of other relevant information.

The care staff that we spoke with had a good knowledge of how to meet the needs of the people they were supporting and were able to tell us of how they respected people's privacy and dignity. All of the staff spoken with said that they thought a good level of support was provided to all of the individuals.
