During a routine inspection
People using the service were clear about the costs associated with their dental treatment. The NHS banding costs were clearly displayed in the waiting room and in each dental surgery.
People were provided with individual treatment plans which they signed to show they agreed with the treatment provided.
The dental practice was visibly clean and there were effective decontamination processes in place. People using the service told us, 'the place is immaculate.'
Staff spoken with felt well supported in their roles. All staff had completed the required mandatory training and were encouraged to progress in their careers.
The complaints procedure was displayed in the waiting room; however, at the time of our inspection no complaints had been received. People using the service told us, 'I have no reason to complain.'
