During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received at the practice. People said, "It is brilliant here ,I've no worries,' "The care and treatment I receive is excellent,' and 'I had a real fear of visiting the dentist, but since coming here that fear has been alleviated, the staff are excellent.'
The provider had an effective recruitment and selection procedure in place to ensure that staff were appropriately employed.
We found people received care and treatment in a clean environment with infection control measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. People we spoke with told us the practice was always clean and tidy.
The provider had an appropriate system in place for gathering, recording and evaluating information about the quality and safety of care the service provided. People who used the service were asked for their views about their care and treatment.
