During a routine inspection
Patients told us they were happy with their treatment and were given all the health advice they felt they required. We saw that professional guidance was followed and patients were monitored to reduce any risk to their health.
All the patients we spoke with told us advice regarding medicines was provided to them including dosage, how to administer and any risk. Medicines were appropriately stored and recorded.
Staff told us and records confirmed that they went through a robust recruitment process including record checks and an application process. However some records for the application process had not been kept.
Patient records were accurate and fit for purpose. Records were stored and disposed of appropriately.
