During a routine inspection

We observed and heard people who used the service on the day of our visit expressing their satisfaction following the care and treatment they had received. We were able to speak with one person who used the service. They told us that they had been attending the practice for many years and they were very satisfied with the care and treatment they receive. They also told us that their dentist and all of the staff were always courteous and friendly and their treatments, including costs were always explained in order for them to make informed choices.
