During a routine inspection

We found written evidence to show that the management team was involved in the monitoring of the service through regular audits, staff support, system checking, and inspection and risk assessment. People had provided feedback regarding the service, we saw statements such as "The crew managed everything really well and the journey was stress free," and another one wrote "Nothing was too much trouble by the ambulance drivers." Comment cards completed by patients after using the service were positive. These included, 'The crew knew exactly what I needed and were very helpful.' 'The ambulance drivers knew about my condition, and were very supportive.'
