During a routine inspection
We found that robust systems were in place to make sure that patients received safe treatment and a good aftercare service.
Appropriate action had been taken to protect the rights of patients using the service and to keep them safe from abuse and accidental harm.
Personnel files provided evidence that staff received appropriate training in order to provide safe treatments and support to patients using the services of the clinic. A member of staff said, "The company has been very proactive in supporting my professional development and have sponsored me on several courses.
The provider had a robust system in place to ensure that the quality of the service provided was monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
A patient we spoke with told us that they would have no hesitation in recommending the service to anyone.
