During a routine inspection
We spoke with the provider and three members of staff. They were enthusiastic and positive about the service. One said, 'It's a growing practice, that's the thing I like most'. Another told us, 'It's fresh and lively'.
We found that the practice was very welcoming and that staff were friendly and open. The first-floor premises were spacious and had been completely refurbished. One person told us, 'They've had it all done up. It's very nice and modern now'. Staff had made an effort to consider people's needs and to make it a pleasant environment. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner.
