During a routine inspection
Everyone we spoke to who could give us a response said they felt safe and secure within their own homes with one saying, 'I like all the staff and can tell who ever is on if I'm not happy'.
Staff and people who used the service said they were supported to be kept safe. One member of staff said, 'If anything changes with the people we support we can ask for additional training and we will get it'.
Staff working for the service said they enjoyed their job. One member of staff said, 'We all get on, we all like who we are working with and we all support each other'.
One relative said that if they identify an area that needs addressing the service took it on board and matters were sorted out
