During a routine inspection
We found that people's views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided and delivered in relation to their care. We saw that people were treated with respect and in a way that upheld their dignity. One person said they gave the service 'Top marks' for this.
People who used the service told us it was easy to make appointments and waiting times at the practice were minimal. One person who used the service said, 'I've never had to wait more than five minutes.'
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. The people we spoke with told us they were very happy with the service they had received and said they felt they were treated very well and that the staff were friendly and helpful.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of infection. Processes were in place to ensure staff were aware of infection control procedures.
The information we reviewed showed that good practice was followed in supporting and training staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
