During a routine inspection
People who used the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. They told us they were able to make decisions about the way in which their care was given. One person said, "We discussed how I wanted to be looked after; they work around my routines".
People told us the care staff were reliable and punctual. One person said, "They arrive on time and do everything I need". People who used the service said they were provided with the same staff and they would be notified if there were any changes to their 'usual' staff.
People were happy with the staff team. They said, "Staff are very nice" and "They do a good job". Other comments included, "I can't fault them; they provide a very good service" and "I cannot praise them enough; they go beyond the call of duty".
