During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us that the service provided good support that met their needs. One person told us that treatment was effective and that 'they got to know me and worked alongside me all the time'. Another person said 'I would recommend it'.

We found that the service organised treatment to meet individual assessed need. The premises were suitably laid out and were adequately maintained. There were effective systems in place to measure the quality of the service people received and to deal with any complaints effectively. We also found that the service held records securely and that these were up to date.

During a routine inspection

People told us that they felt KCA PTP Havering was a good service. We were told that staff were respectful, that the service met their needs and that treatment was effective. One person said "I am being helped with the issues I have and up to now it's working". Another said 'the service is really good and I get what I need from the place'.

People said they had a choice of what day of the week their appointments were on. We were also told "I had the choice of male or female therapist which really suited me".
