During an inspection looking at part of the service
People that we spoke with told us that they were mostly happy with the service that they received. One said, 'I'm looked after very well'. Another told us, 'I've noticed some changes for the better'.
We found that the provider had taken steps to address concerns raised at the last inspection. There were systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service that people received.
