During a routine inspection
People's views and experiences were taken into account in the way the service was provided. People told us they were treated with respect and were very happy with the care they received. One person's relative said, 'I'd be lost without them.'
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. One person said, 'The carers are superb."
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. The relatives we spoke with told us they felt people were safe with the staff.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. People said that staff respected their dignity and encouraged them to be as independent as possible.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. People's relatives told us they were happy with the service provided. They told us the staff they spoke with in the office were responsive and helpful. One person's relative said. 'If we ever have a problem it gets sorted out straight away.'
