During a routine inspection
We saw that people were involved in the planning of their own treatment at the surgery as little or as much as they wished, and that people were consulted about the treatment options available to them. People were informed of the risks and benefits of each treatment option proposed.
We saw that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection at the surgery.
Staff were suitably trained, qualified and supported to be able to offer appropriate care and support to people using services at Direct Dental Care Ltd.
People were regularly asked for their views about the care and treatment provided to them. People could make suggestions about the services provided and where appropriate those suggestions would be acted on.
