One patient told us, 'The dentist tells me this has got to be done and ask me if I would like to go and think about it before treatment. I give them consent at my next visit before they proceed'.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.
We spoke with one patient who used the practice about their experience of Dental Healthcare Practice. They told us that they liked the practice. They commented, "I have been using this practice for several years, they are very good and helpful. I get appointments when I need them and they answer the phone on time. They are very pleasant'.
People who used the service were not protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had not taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.

The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
