Jeremys Carebuddies Limited is a domiciliary care service, providing care to people living in their own home. At the time of our assessment the agency was supporting 4 people . Assessment activity started on the 20 February and finished on the 14 March 2024 . We looked at 12 quality statements: Safeguarding, Involving people to manage risks, Safe and effective staffing, Supporting people to live healthier lives, Independence, choice and control, Shared direction and culture, Capable, compassionate, and inclusive leaders, Freedom to speak up, Workforce, equality, diversity and inclusion, Governance management and sustainability, Partnerships and communities and Learning, improvement, and innovation. The site visit was announced. We visited the office on the 20 February 2024. We spoke with 1 relative and 4 staff including the registered manager. We reviewed records including care plans for 3 people and recruitment files for 3 staff. Following our site visit we reviewed a range of service records including, staff training and supervisions records, customer satisfaction questionnaires, accident and incident logs, complaints and safeguarding logs and policies/procedures. We did not assess all quality statements at this inspection. For those areas we did not assess, we used the ratings awarded at the last inspection to calculate the overall rating. We did not identify breaches of any Regulations during this assessment. We will continue to monitor information we receive about the service, which will help inform when we next assess them.
