During a routine inspection
One person who used the service said everything was 'well explained and well executed.' Another person said 'all questions had been answered' and the service was 'efficient and quick.'
We saw that the clinic rooms were large and spacious. We listened to telephone calls when information about the services available was given clearly; people were respected and involved in their care. People were protected from abuse. People's medical information was assessed and reflected in their records.
