During a routine inspection
We spoke with the relative of one person and the other service user by telephone to obtain their views.
Both of the people spoken with were very happy with the times of their calls and the staff providing their care.
We were told that if they had any concerns they would speak with the office, but said they had never had cause to do so.
Some of the comments received included:
"The service is fabulous."
"They make sure that I have all I need when they come, and I am very happy."
