During a routine inspection
The three people we spoke with all talked positively about the service provided. They told us the staff treated them with dignity and respect when providing care and support. They felt staff listened to them and supported them in a manner of their liking and were friendly and caring.
Comments included, 'I have no complaints, and the support I receive makes me feel safe.' And, 'The staff are all friendly and caring, I know I can rely on them, they are very good.'
One person we spoke with told us they had been involved in a review of their care package and had also received a questionnaire from the provider asking for their views and wishes about the service.
Comments included, 'I feel involved and listened to, we have meetings and I sign to say what we have discussed.'
