During a routine inspection
We saw that people who used the service were provided with the information they needed to ensure they knew the risks and benefits of the treatment they received.
We saw that the scanning equipment used was clean and regularly serviced to ensure it was safe for the people who used the service.
People spoken with told us that they received the care and support they needed. One person said, 'I couldn't have wished for better help and support.' Another person told us, 'The flexibility and understanding shown made a very stressful and emotional period much easier for us.'
People were supported by staff who had the skills, knowledge and experience to provide the care and support they needed.
People were asked for their views about the service and these were listened to. Audits were completed and action taken where needed to make improvements.
