During a routine inspection
We were told; 'If we need anything she (the registered manager) is on to it straight away. We are all involved in the decision making about care."
We spoke to a relative of a person receiving care, they had no concerns, worries or complaints about the care and support provided by the service. We were told; " We have no complaints and if we did we would raise them immediately."
We were told by both the Manager and relatives of the person who used the service that there was a robust staff supervision system in place which ensured that staff continued to be suitable to deliver quality care.
We saw that staff members had been trained in complaints and conflict resolution. When we spoke to staff it was clear they had a sound knowledge of dealing with complaints.
