During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us that staff always respected their privacy and dignity. One person told us, 'Staff here have always treated me with respect. They call me by my name which I like.' People told us that their treatment was undertaken in the privacy of the treatment room with the door closed.
They told us they were involved in discussions about their treatment. They told us they received a treatment plan with the cost of the treatment. We were told by people that they always felt safe when attending their appointments.
People we spoke with told us that the treatment rooms and waiting area were always very clean and tidy and all staff wore personal protective clothing.
People told us they had never had the need to make a complaint but they knew how to make a complaint.
