Our view of the service

Melrose Surgery, Reading is a 2 site GP practice located in central Reading and provides primary medical services to approximately 15,700 patients. We carried out this responsive assessment at the service between 18 and 25 March 2024 to follow up on information of concern we received earlier this year. This assessment has reviewed 5 quality statements which align to 3 different key questions. We found safe systems and effective governance ensuring the practice worked well with other healthcare professionals.
