During a routine inspection
We saw that people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan.
We found that people were given information about their treatment, and were supported to make decisions about their care.
Staff received ongoing training and supervision which provided them with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the people they were supporting.
The Provider had effective systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service.
