During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. One person told us about the staff, "Excellent carers, they are." Another person told us about the service, "Excellent. Flexible." and about staff, "Staff are so personally involved. It is very good." Although the information contained in people's care plans was basic, the provider still assured us that people's needs were communicated effectively and were met.
Medicines were safely administered. The provider had a medication policy in place which had been recently reviewed. Staff were well supervised and trained to deliver safe and effective care. People felt that staff were caring and that the service was well led.
