Parents said that staff consulted with them about how they wanted to be supported to care for their children and young people. They also said that they received all of the support they expected to have.
Documents showed that there was a clear procedure for staff to follow when supporting parents to manage medication so that it was done safely.
Records showed that robust recruitment and selection checks had been completed on staff to help ensure that children and young people were safeguarded from abuse.
We saw that quality checks were completed to help ensure that children, young people and parents consistently received a good standard of service.
