During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and support plans put in place ensuring that people were provided with safe effective care. We looked at patient records and the patient electronic record data base, we saw that care and treatment plans were recorded.
Staff with appropriate qualifications and experience were available during the out patient clinics. We looked at staff record files which confirmed that staff performance was reviewed regularly and they had opportunities for continuous training.
Some staff attended speciality meetings at local, regional and national level, they had undertaken audit programmes to enable regular reviews of the quality of the service to take place
