During a routine inspection
Prior to the visit we spoke to other agencies that may have had an interest in the agency, to establish their views of the agency. No concerns had been identified. We visited the agency office to look at the records and information stored there. Following the inspection we spoke to two people who used the service and two members of staff. This was to ensure that what the provider told us was an accurate account of what the service provided.
People we spoke with gave us positive feedback to our questions. One person told us, 'The 'girls' are wonderful, I receive an excellent service, they are hardly ever late and always contact me if there is a problem". "I have no complaints to make, this is the best agency I have used".
We spoke with two staff about working for the service. They all told us they had been trained sufficiently to carry out their role. Each person had been through a recruitment and induction programme.
