During a routine inspection
We identified that people were treated politely and with respect. Their dignity was maintained during their procedure.
We found that people were given a range of information that would help them decide if the treatment offered at the clinic was suitable for them.
We saw that processes were followed to determine people's general health or risks prior to treatments being offered.
We found that checking processes for infection prevention and instruments (for gynaecological examinations) had improved to prevent any risk to people.
We saw that a complaints process was available for people to access if they were not happy with the service that had been provided.
