During a routine inspection

We spoke with one of the two people using the service at the time of our visit. They told us the service was meeting their needs and they were treated with dignity and respect. They told us care workers had supported them in a way that promoted their cultural preferences.

The person we spoke with thought the care workers providing support to them were appropriately experienced and skilled. They said, 'It's very useful to have the same people (helping with learning support and personal care). It's really useful the way The Learning Support Centre hires their support workers.'
