During a routine inspection
People told us they were treated with dignity and respect by staff. People said they had the information they needed to ensure they were able to make informed consent about their treatment.
People told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received. One person said 'I couldn't fault the service and I would recommend it.' Another person said 'I am satisfied with the service and have no concerns.'
The provider had clear procedures in place to ensure that people who use the service were safeguarded from abuse whilst receiving treatment.
People were cared for by staff that were trained and supported to provide care and treatment safely.
The provider monitored the service to ensure it was of high quality and people had no concerns about the treatment they received. One person said 'They told me how to complain, but I have no complaints. At they Ley Hill surgery even the receptionists are polite.'
