During a routine inspection
The manager actively involved people in planning and agreeing their care and support. Suitable arrangements were in place to ensure people's rights were upheld.
People's care records clearly identified their individual needs and wishes so that they received the level of support they required.
The provider worked collaboratively with other agencies so that people's social, emotional and physical needs were effectively met.
The provider continues to monitor and review the service provided ensuring she is aware of current good practice guidance and legislation. This ensures people receive a safe and effective service.
Clear systems were in place with regards to the reporting and responding to any complaints and concerns.
