During a routine inspection
One person said they were very happy with the care they received. They said staff had become 'like friends' and that they felt safe with them. They received the personal care they needed.
People said that since having this service, staff always turned up and at the time they were supposed to.
We looked at both of the care plans which had information on the type of care that people required and what time the care was provided. There was a Home Care Service agreement which had information on the care that was being given which was signed by people receiving the service and the provider. This showed that people were receiving the care that they needed.
