Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Two weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Feedback we received was all positive and included comments remarking on the kind and caring nature of staff, exceptional care received and how well the staff worked as a team. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Staff were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights. Staff were aware of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles.
