During an inspection in response to concerns
We spoke with 5 people using the service and/or their supporters and three staff.
People we spoke with had many positive comments to make and overall people were satisfied with the care and support they received. Many comments were made about staff being good at their job, helpful and friendly. They also acknowledged some recent difficulties which affected service provision. The agency was working to improve communication and the flow of information between care worker and office.
People told us they were able to express their views. They said they were involved in making decisions about their care package.
