During a routine inspection

We spoke to some of the people being supported by the agency and their representatives/relatives. People were happy that the agency involved people in decisions about their care and were adaptable as needs changed. People told us that staff treated them with respect and dignity. We were told that the agency communicated effectively with them and generally resolved any issues promptly.

People felt that they or their relative was safe and that staff would meet their needs. They felt the agency monitored the care and support being provided and that staff were trained to perform their role.
