During a routine inspection
Two people using the service told us that they were being well cared for and supported by
the agency. They also said their care and support was provided in a way that met their
personal needs and expectations. They both confirmed that they had been assessed by the manager of the agency before their service commenced and that the care and
support they received was reviewed regularly with them. Two people using the service told us that staff treated them with respect and maintained their privacy and dignity.
A person spoken with said "If I had any problems or concerns I would just telephone the manager."
A relative and two people using the service said that they were regularly asked their
views about the quality of the service provided.
