Staff password protected patients’ electronic care records, and paper records were stored securely and complied with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Due to the limitations of the building, it was difficult to maintain privacy and confidentiality in the waiting area. However, staff said that they would speak with patients in the treatment room if required.
