During a routine inspection
People said that they were happy with the care and support they received. They told us that they had had a very good experience at CVS. They said that the staff were very respectful and professional and had met their individual needs well. People had enough information about the service and the tests they were going to have. They said they would know how to make a complaint if they were not happy with the service they had received.
