During a routine inspection
Since February 2013 the clinic provided microdermabrasion, skin peels and laser hair removal. Prior to that time the clinic employed a doctor who provided Botox and injectable fillers. We saw the results of the recent patient satisfaction survey which indicated patients were positive about the service.
Systems were in place to assess patients for their suitability before treatment was offered.
Staff were supported through supervision and appraisal.
An effective complaints system was in place.
