During a routine inspection

People received treatment from staff who were skilled and suitably qualified and experienced staff. People were examined at each consultation by a dentist and a plan of care and treatment was provided for each patient. We spoke with one patient and saw thirteen patient questionnaires. People said that the dentist was 'kind' and 'always explains what treatment that was needed'. People said that they were allowed enough time to ask the dentist questions about their care and treatment.

People received care and treatment in a hygienic and clean environment. The provider arranged for regular maintenance and servicing of equipment and had undertaken quality assurance audits. There were effective systems in place for cleaning and regular checks to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The provider held regular team meetings with staff and information was shared with staff.
