During a routine inspection
We saw that the reception area and treatment room were clean and tidy. The people we spoke with said that they felt the cleanliness of the practice was acceptable and they had no concerns.
We saw that the dental records were up to date. People we spoke with confirmed that they had been given detailed information regarding any possible treatments and costs.
The people we spoke with said they had every confidence in the dentist and were happy with their treatment.
