During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and they were involved in making decisions about their treatment. People told us the practice was clean and that staff wore protective equipment. Systems were in place to assess the risks and to manage, prevent and control the spread of infection
A complaints system was in place and all the people we spoke with said they would speak with the dentist if they had any complaints or concerns.
