During a routine inspection
'The dentist always explains any treatment that I need and has also talked to me about future treatment.'
'I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received.'
'Staff told us that they enjoy working at the practice.'
We found that people were asked for their consent for any treatment that was needed and records were kept about treatment and advice that had been given.
We found that the practice was clean and infection control policies had been followed.
Staff told us that their training was kept up to date and they were provided with good training opportunities.
There was a complaints procedure in place that informed people how they could make a complaint should the need arise.
