During a routine inspection
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. On the day of the inspection the practice was clean and well maintained.
Dr Levinkind attended regular training courses. This ensured that he maintained his registration with the General Dental Council (GDC). We saw certificates for training that he had attended over the past year.
There were arrangements in place to monitor the quality of practice which included recording complaints and accidents. Patient views on the quality of the practice were not formally obtained. However Dr Levinkind told us they managed informal concerns raised by patients as quickly as possible to prevent these from escalating.
