During a routine inspection
People told us they were treated with respect and staff were welcoming and approachable. Feedback included 'all the staff are very professional', 'very thorough', 'the reception staff are lovely' and 'outstanding reception staff'.
We saw that there were suitable arrangements in place around decontamination and infection control. This makes sure that people who use the service are treated in a safe and clean environment each time they receive treatment.
We noted the positive work completed by the provider to fully evidence their compliance with the essential standards of quality and safety. This clearly demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the quality of service that people who use the service receive.
